X, previously known as Twitter, experienced technical difficulties, causing inconvenience for numerous users. According to reports from Downdetector, a service dedicated to monitoring online outages and issues, many individuals encountered problems accessing the platform.

Downdetector employs a methodology that aggregates status reports from various sources, including user feedback.

This incident follows recent outages experienced by platforms under the ownership of Meta. Earlier this month, WhatsApp and Instagram, both owned by Meta, encountered a temporary disruption that lasted for approximately an hour. Additionally, in March, Meta's services, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Threads, suffered a significant outage, leaving users unable to access these apps for nearly two hours.
